Description

Your thirst for powder can’t be quenched, and who said you had to stay within the ropes to find it? With the Salomon Shift Alpha BOA 130 Alpine Touring Ski Boots on your feet, you can squeeze every last drop out of the resort before scampering up the mountain to draw some fresh lines of your own. These hybrid rippers combine a lightweight build with the superb BOA Fit System and a revamped walk mode featuring Free Spine technology. This plastic bar links the cuff and lower shell, eliminating the break in energy transfer that occurs with many touring boot for improved control and power transfer on the descent. It's enough to keep you stoked and from tram lap to skin track.

Fit
Last: 98 mm – Narrow forefoot with relaxed ankle and heel volume. Can be heat molded using the custom heat molding process to approximately 104mm in the forefoot.

Custom Shell HD – Salomon's proven heat molding process makes boot fitting most feet quick and easy - the latest Custom Shell HD version is even quicker to mold than before. The thinner wall construction and new shell materials allow the foot to be closer to the shell and provide enhanced sensations, more power and direction energy transmission.

Flex: 130 – A very stiff flex designed for advanced to expert skiers

Liner
My CustomFit Freeride 4D Race Liner – An instantly-fitting pre-shaped liner featuring cushier foams and easy-to-adapt outside placement of the Talyn® fabric with an elastic toe that box gives more forefoot space.

Custom Tongue – Fully dismantlable and entirely customizable tongue allows for perfect instep height adaptation. You can add foams or remove materials where it's needed (+/-8mm).

Free Spine – This extremely sturdy plastic bar on the back of the boot links the cuff and lower shell to add a layer of reliable alpine progressivity to your freeride comfort

Power Wedge – A little insert into the FreeSpine, the enhances your range of motion when unlocked and boosts power transmission when locked for an authentic alpine experience.

Ski/Walk Mode
Twin Lock Walk Mode – This redesigned SkiWalk and FreeSpine offer a wide range of motion and progressive alpine flex, while the horizontal closing position prioritizes safety and durability.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (midweek) if the product is in stock (providing all credit card information is validated). Orders made at weekends or public holidays will be processed the following working day. If an item is out of stock at the time of order Snowride Sports will contact the customer offering the following solutions:

  • Back order the item and ship products at a later date

Pre Orders
We offer ‘Pre-orders’ on all 2026 Skis from February of each year through to 30th April. The ‘Pre-order’ system gives you a chance to secure the new season products as well as receive a discount off full retail price. The discount percentage may vary on each product. ‘Pre-orders’ will be shipped as soon as the product arrives in stock (this is usually middle of May). From time to time a product line may be cancelled and not delivered from the New Zealand importer, in this case a best match alternative will be offered or a full refund on the product which has been cancelled.
